Generations of us here at Bodegas Ochoa have dedicated our lives to viticuture. Our love of farming and the quality of our terroir inspired us to offer our customers another item for their table: a basic ingredient of Mediterranean gastronomy: olive oil.
In Traibuenas, we have 25 hectares of Arbequina olive trees situated among the vines on our El Bosque Estate, from which we extract this extra-virgin premium-grade olive oil.
Olives freshly picked at just the right stage of ripeness are taken to the mill for crushing. Only first cold press extraction gives this extra virgin olive oil. It is a fruity oil for those with exotic tastes.
