Surface area: 55 hectares. 33 hectares of vineyard and 12 hectares of arbequina olive trees.
Soil: Deep, well-draining chalky clay that is low yielding due to low organic matter content.
R&D: For some years, we have been experimenting in collaboration with the Public University of Navarra with a view to improving the quality of the grapes by growing cover crops in the alley between the vine rows. This has resulted in spectacular improvements not only in the quality of the grapes, but also in soil structure and profits.
