Zork comes from Australia and keeps MdO and its bubbles from fermentation for a longer period of time, so you can enjoy it all the time maintaining its quality and personality.
Adriana Ochoa, winemaker and creator of MdO Moscato de Ochoa says “we are the first Spanish winery incorporating this new closure to one of our wines. However, I know of other wineries that are already using this closure and it is very successful. My job is to make fantastic wines, give the maximum quality and with MdO this is achieved. The challenge is to make sure that consumers in restaurants and wine shops are satisfied and can enjoy MdO and its fine bubbles in perfect conditions. New vintage 2015 is available!
