The Ochoa research genetics continue in the 6th generation with Adriana Ochoa. After her experience in Yalumba winery in Australia, she fell in love with the variety Viognier. So, when she returned home, she planted a small parcel of land with this grape.
8A Uvadoble is a white wine that combines 2 grape varieties that start with “V”: Viognier and Viura. That is the reason behind the name: Uvadoble (“double grape- grape double”).
The French grape Viognier and Viura adapt very well to our soil and climate in Traibuenas, making this a very fruity dry white wine. Viura helps to create a fresh sensation.
This wine has aged with its lees during 6 month, improving and achieving more body in the mouth and intensifying fruity and floral aromas.
